This is a box for storing two sets of Ferrex (Aldi) drill bits, one set of step drill bits and one set of multi-function drill bits. It is based on the rugged box by Whity.(https://www.printables.com/model/258431-rugged-box-parameterizable).
The printing process is pretty straightforward, not much complication. I used OrcaSlicer on a Sovol SV06 ACE with the quality preset 0.20. A 20% infill for the top and bottom parts and with a 50% infill for the latches.
The screws are M3 with a length of 30mm. The letters have been painted in post processing.
Apart from the shape of the drill bits there is a notch for easy removal.
I used Onshape to modify the box and add the setup of drills. The original document is in: https://cad.onshape.com/documents/8b3907473f028ef58d281048/w/916e63a473cfd3415978caf3/e/7b9c451fa5af637a8a96d49a?renderMode=0&uiState=681a8ab0719cf709ecda5cd7
Friendly reminder that I have very basic skills on CAD software.
