The key cover is printed with Recreus Filaflex 60A Green filament, but similar flexible filament will probably work too. The cone bit in the middle can be removed if you want a flat surface. The key cover is held in place with some superglue at the extreme ends.
Printed on a Prusa MK3S+ and the PEI smooth steel sheet. Printed on a cold bed, it helps to heat the bed (~50 deg. C) before trying to remove the parts.
The new files (number 4) have a better fit in the original key. The center cone is made lower for a better fit.
For printing with filaments like this with clean results, it helps to keep your filament very dry. I use a combination of micro-wave oven and food dryer to dry 400g desiccant bags (used in a storage container with the filament spools) to keep the relative humidity very low (30% or lower).
