General:
A quick, adjustable firework stand. Don't let your fourth end in the ER. Stabilize those aerials
Why I designed this:
I designed this to help make everyone's fireworks a little safer.
Printing notes:
Layer height: .2
Recommended Material: PETG, ASA/ABS, PA, or PC for heat resistance
Supports: None
Infill: 20% Gyroid or triangle
Walls: 3
Other Modifiers: Print as oriented
Material Quantity: ≈280grams
I printed from PETG on Centauri Carbon at .16 layer height with 20% gyroid infill.
Cautions and updates:
Don't overtighten the screws , or it will crack the threads. Most of the force should be taken by the support members.
Requires (4) 30mm M3 bolts for the hinged supports.
7/3/25 I'm still printing the first test piece because I thought of this last minute, but will update with real photos in the morning.
7/4/25 assembly is complete. I found that the threads on the thumb screws were 0 tolerance, so I’ve added a .2 mm clearance and a chamfer. I also added a boss to the nut to improve thread engagement. Everything else fit perfectly as printed. I also corrected the print orientation on a couple of files that were standing on their sides as imported.. Enjoy and stay safe!
