H2D Exhaust Fan Filter Housing

H2D exhaust fan filter housing using a Tesla HEPA + Carbon Filter

Adapter housing for the exhaust fan port of the H2D and a Tesla cabin filter. Designed to work with the downward flow delivered by the H2D. The assembly protrudes ~80mm from the back of the printer. 

Bill of Material (BOM)

1. Printed filter housing - ASA, ABS etc
2. Printed gasket - TPU
3. 4x 2.5mmx12mm self tapping screws*
4. Tesla Model 3 & Y cabin filter

*Note: Others site 3mm screws, but I found 2.5mm acceptable.

Layered colors shown are achieved by using slicer cut/cut to parts functions.
