This build is still a work in progress. I'm sharing parts here as I make them.
This Y-shaped antenna design minimizes drag while maximizing video reception and durability. It positions the stock DJI O4 Pro antennae well above the battery with a 60º separation. The antennae are fully protected with in a thin TPU skin that flexes and bends to absorb impacts. Printed in 95A SainSmart TPU, the antenna mount weighs only 6.4 grams.
The optional GPS mount attaches to the rear standoffs, nesting below the antenna mount. My build currently uses a NewBeeDrone BeeID GPS, so that's what this is designed for. Leave a comment or DM to request a different GPS size.
The stock TPU used to mount the O4 Pro camera was letting too much vibration through which caused defects in GyroFlow's stabilization. GyroFlow stabilization is critical for my workflow, so I had to redesign this part.
I initially tried an isolated design, but later learned that my vibration issues were caused by the motor PWM frequency and not the TPU mount. I included both designs but I currently run the non-isolated version (Mario 5 O4 Pro Camera).
