The original fan failed (started making an awful noise, clearly was going to stop working soon). I couldn't seem to find an exact replacement online, so I bought a 75 x 75 x 30 mm blower (with ball bearings) that looked like it would fit. This conversion kit creates a mount for the fan and ducting to bring the air to the heater. The new fan works well (temp came up in the dryer very quickly during my first test), and it is quieter than the original fan when it was new!

I printed these parts with PC filament to ensure they can handle the heat. I used standard settings (0.2mm layers, 2 perimeters, gyroid infill 15%, snug supports - painted on, see .3mf files). The lid is thin and needed a brim as well as some supports.
The photos are an earlier iteration of the design although only small tweaks were done to improve the fit.
