Pulse XE Dual Gantry belt tensioner

A new belt tension system for the single motor dual z axis gantry lift system I created. 

Two 3D model parts printed and put together with 4 Dragon 608 flanged bearings. Mounts to inside and outside of the 3030 frame with M4 screws and snap in t-nuts. 70mm of 8mm hard chrome bearing shaft is used with a 20 tooth 6mm pulley to keep the 2GT belt around the drive pulley, maximizing contact. 

I had to slow down the Z axis acceleration and movement due to belt slippage. This tensioner eliminates that problem. Allows high speed Z-Hop and 110 point bed leveling in under 60 seconds.
