suzuki dr650 dashboard bracket

This is a dash bracket for a suzuki dr650. I made it for my 2006 year model. but it will likely fit anything from 1996-2025.

I originally bought this one from procycle. Love them.
However I don't have handler bar risers that move the handlebars backward or high enough so when I tried to mount my hondo garage buzzkill 2.0. there was not enough room for it.

So I created this new dash bracket, which adds some surface in front of the handlebars and shifts the amps hole pattern forward some. I have also added a 4 hole amps pattern to better accommodate the buzzkill.

I have added the 3mf, and stl for test fit printing. I'll add the dxf as well but encourage you to test fit first. I'll also point to my repo with the freecad file in case you want to fork it and add your own accessories or use it as a start point.

NOTE: I only ever printed this for test fit purposes. For the “real deal” I used a send cut send service to laser cut out of aluminum and thread the holes. (buzzkill 2.0 threading is 10-32)

NOTE2: I really want to stress that I don't mean to undercut procycle here. I appreciate what they do. I just needed something different from what they were selling and recognize that you might too. If you think their product might work for you I would encourage buying theirs.
