window clamp (фиксатор на окно)

fixes the window at the desired opening distance, prevents the window from swinging when open and in the wind outside. The length of the latch allows you to fix the clamp high at the top of the window, which when opening for twisting firmly holds the window even in strong wind, and also allows you to fix the window in a fully open state for ventilation. Differences from similar clamps in length and the ability to attach in any place (the higher, the more reliable the fixation)

фиксирует окно на нужном растоянии открытия, предотвращает болтание окна в открытом состоянии и ветре на улице. длина  защелки позволяет закрепить фиксатор высоко вверху окна, что при открытии на провертивание крепко удерживает окно даже при сильном ветре, а так же позволяет фиксировать в полностью открытом состоянии окна на проветривание. Отличия от похожих фиксаторов в длине и возможностью крепления в произвольном месте (чем выше, тем надежнее фиксация)
