3-inch Chlorine Tablet Replacement Chlorinator Basket 

STLs, 3MFs, and F3D Parametric Fusion 360 model

This model is a drop-in screw-on basket for GAME’s character pool-chlorinators (e.g., Derby Duck, Surfin’ Shark, Pineapple). It holds up to 3 standard 3-inch chlorine pucks and acts as a replacement for the OEM basket with a simplified design.

The model was created in Fusion 360 with parametric control, to be edited via the “Change Parameters” panel.

Models ready to download include slotted variations, including 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 18 slots. Choose the model that best fits the chemical dispersement rate for your pool volume. 

I use the 6 slot for a 1,100 gallon stock tank pool.

Notes:

You can expect to see the “benchy hull line” artifact when transitioning from sparse infill sidewalls into the full top layers.

I have tested the “tips over when empty” weight balance feature of the OEM basket, and the 6-slot basket does indeed tip over when empty. 

I went with thicker walls for better durability around small kids.

Suggested Print Settings:

Nozzle: 0.4 mm or 0.6 mm

Layer height: ≤0.20 mm layers (STRUCTURAL)

Veritcal Shells: ≥4 perimeters 

Infill: 25-40 % gyroid infill

Print Orientation: Upright (threads up)
