Rack and pinion adjustable bench cross sticks. Requires 1 - .75" x 24" x 5 ½" wood base and 2 - .75" x 2" x (or 1.75") x 18" cross stick legs. Model includes all hole placement templates that need to be drilled, as well as some build and parts documentation. The hardware-BOM.pdf file includes more documentation on the 3D printed files, preferred filaments and infill pct for each file
Model files are all .3mf - dimensions are in inches.
All .step files are also included. Feel free to modify as you choose
Since printables won't allow .xlsx files - I had to try to fit a jpeg pic of the harware-BOM into a .pdf
