Designed as a near 1:1 replacement for the factory handle with some strength improvements. Printed in PLA @220c, 0.15mm layer height, 6 walls and 30% infill. Used a modifier body to make some internal ribs by setting the infill to 100% concentric for that body. This is needed as the screw is otherwise only connected to the rest of the handle by sparse supports.
A M6x40 hex head screw is inserted during the print, the pause needs to be manually set in the slicer. Since it sticks out of the bottom of the print, I added a sleeve around it to raise the entire print so that the screw can be inserted fully without hitting the build plate. It needs to be cut/broken off after printing.
The only way to print this is standing up, so supports are necessary.
