Signet Ring (customizable image)

Dimensions of the ring :

Size : 26,72mm x 23,15mm x 27,21mm

Inside Hole : 22 mm

Instruction :

• Creation of an custom image in stl file (some examples are downloadable)

1. Create a image on a transparent background with a maximum size of 40x40 pixels.
2. convert image to svg (here for exemple: https://convertio.co/image-converter/ )
3. Create a 0.2mm extrusion of your svg file using 3d software such as Fusion 360.

• 3d printing

1. Logo/image Print Settings : 
   • Resolution: 0.2 mm
   • first-layer-height : 0.2 mm
   • skirt : no
   • expert mode/advanced → extrusion width → first-layer : 0.2mm
2. Save the logo/image to g-code.
3. Ring Print Settings : 
   • Resolution: 0.2 mm or less
   • first-layer-height : 0.3 mm
4. Save the ring to g-code.
5. Print the logo/image first, change filament and purge then print the ring on top.

 * another files: the gcode files of the images are to be renamed by removing the .txt from the file name (a bug preventing the upload of gcodes) *
