Shaver charging holder

Jde o držák holícího strojku, který funguje zároveň i jako nabíječka. Model drží samosvorně v elektrické zásuvce. Originální nabíjecí adaptér strojku včetně kabelu, je umístěn uvnitř. 

Po upgrade MMU2 na MMU3 mi zbylo spousta šroubků a matic, tak jsem je zde použil. Jde o 5 šroubků M3x40, 2 šroubky M3x10 a 7 čtvercových matiček M3.

Pro snadnější tisk, je model rozdělen na 3 hlavní části, Front.stl, Body.stl a Back.stl. Všechny matice jsou “schované” uvnitř, a vidět jsou tak jen hlavičky šroubků na zadní straně. 

Použil jsem PET-G, profil Prusa quality 0.2, výplň 20% a podpěry pouze na tiskové podložce. 

Sestavení je celkem jednoduché. Po odstranění podpěr je potřeba zatlačit matičky do příslušných otvorů (5x u části Front a 2x u části Body). Do těla modelu (Body) pak prostrčit nabíjecí adaptér a jeho kabel naohybat tak, aby se celý schoval uvnitř ale aby se přitom nezlomil. Místa je tam na to poměrně dost. Protože kabel při ohýbání klade docela odpor a konektor díky tomu cestuje, je obtížné model složit. Lze si vypomoci zasunutím a zapojením konektoru přímo do strojku a s ním model složit. Pak už stačí jen přiložit zadní část modelu (Back), nastrkat šroubky do příslušných otvorů a dotáhnout. Nakonec z předu zacvaknout poslední díl (Ornamet) a je hotovo.

This is a razor holder that also functions as a charger. The model is held in a self-locking electrical outlet. The original razor charging adapter, including the cable, is located inside.

After upgrading from MMU2 to MMU3, I had a lot of screws and nuts left over, so I used them here. There are 5 M3x40 screws, 2 M3x10 screws and 7 M3 square nuts. For easier printing, the model is divided into 3 main parts, Front.stl, Body.stl and Back.stl. All the nuts are “hidden” inside, so only the screw heads on the back are visible. 

I used PET-G, Prusa quality 0.2 profile, 20% infill and supports only on the print bed. 

The assembly is quite simple. After removing the supports, you need to push the nuts into the appropriate holes (5x for the Front part and 2x for the Body part). Then insert the charging adapter into the body of the model (Body) and bend its cable so that it is completely hidden inside but does not break. There is quite a lot of space there for this. Because the cable offers quite a bit of resistance when bending and the connector travels due to this, it is difficult to fold the model. You can help yourself by inserting and connecting the connector directly into the mechanism and folding the model with it. Then all you have to do is attach the back part of the model (Back), insert the screws into the appropriate holes and tighten. Finally, snap the last part (Ornamet) from the front and you are done.
