SAB ilGoblin Battery Tray Connector Cap

This is a cap for the female D5 connectors on a SAB ilGoblin remote controlled helicopter battery tray and helps preventing shorts during storage, transport, and handling. The matching SAB part number is H1725-S.

There are two version provided: one plain, one with a hole for a 25mm key ring. In the picture, I've used the RCProPlus “Remove Before Flight” labels, but https://www.amazon.com/dp/B001HXZT14 or similar should work as well.

The fit should not be too tight and it is held in place by a small lip/bump. 

Print tips

• 0.4mm nozzle
• 0.2mm layer height
• I successfully printed in PETG as well as 98A TPU. 
• The version without the hole is easily printed with the opening pointing up. The overhangs are 45 degree which shouldn't be an issue for most printers. If in doubt, slow down overhangs.
• The version with the hole for the key ring is slightly more challenging because of the overhang and most likely requires supports. I had the best success printing with supports with the opening pointing down (i.e. hole on the top).
