Wacom Cintiq 22HD Pen holder

A simple pen holder for the Cintiq 22HD. Just unscrew one of the middle screws on the sides, slide the holder into the screw slot and re-tighten the screw. Should fit both sides, just flip the model in the slicer. 

The holder tube is slightly tapered, so mount it with the tube pointing down.
