These are spacers to easily mount an Ortlieb fork pack on a 10mm rack.
You need following parts:
* An Ortlieb fork pack (includes mounting plate)
* Replacement part Ortlieb E264 for the rack clamps
* A 10mm rack on your bike
* Countersunk screws 35mm or 40mm length (suggested 35mm, but harder to source)
Use the 5mm spacer for the 35mm screws and the 10mm spacer for the 40mm screws. Put it in the back of the fork pack mounting plate as an alternative to washers, rest is described in the article very well.
