Replica of the original camshaft timing tool for a Ford Racing Puma 1.7. This advances the exhaust cam the required amount for the camshafts fitted to this engine.
Please follow the workshop manual when using, this is a timing tool NOT a locking tool. It should be removed when torquing the pulleys to avoid damage to the camshaft. Always counter hold the camshaft with a spanner on the hex profile near the pulleys.
Print in the orientation shown to avoid stair stepping on the timing profiles, you may need to hand finish the pin for it to fit in the head.
