This is a simple 3D printable spacer designed for 3.5mm female to 6.35mm male headphone adapters that require the 3.5mm plug to sit slightly back—about 1mm—to maintain proper contact and avoid audio issues.
Some adapters have tolerances or contact designs that cause poor signal or distorted audio when the plug is fully inserted. This spacer prevents full insertion by adding a 1.2mm mechanical offset. Simply slide it over the 3.5mm plug before inserting into the adapter.
