I was searching for cases for the Uno R4 WiFi, and was unable to locate any that met my expectations. Some were loose, some had weird printing artifacts, and none really felt polished enough for the job.
I designed this to be form fitting to the Arduino, so screws are not necessary to hold it in place, but I made some screw holes in the event users want to mount on something.
Its thin formfactor makes it easily portable and lightweight. Dual dovetail rails running the entire length of the model, helps keep your lid and bottom together. Everything is snug, and as long as your tolerances are good, the power jack will pressure lock everything together.
For my print I used 20% gyroid infill to give the bottom and walls a little more rigidity.
IF you accidentally snap one of the dovetail rails off everything should still hold in place just fine. You could try printing that section + a few layers below a little hotter to make them adhere better and be slightly stronger.
