Longer variant for better contact with velcro to apply pressure if user's head is small.

Reels ~37mm of strap.

Installation (will require adjustment on end user's part):

Lay headset on its top.

Stick velcro  close to front of headset and create a loop. (personalise velcro position for your head)

Install Insert

Lower the Insert a tad turn Insert to sit flush with the velcro strap.

Push insert toward front of headset.

Repeat on other side, then wear.

Improvements:

~5g filament usage. Original: 10g [Note author settings]

Reduced overall bulk.

Reduced wideness on each side by 5mm

reels about 5mm more strap than original

Increased area available for strap to move without sliding off edge + chamfered lip to prevent full slippage.

Insert no longer raises front of headset when placed on side. (For vr sleepers concerned)
