PLA will easily deform due to heat of car in warm weather. I have printed in PETG and ABS, so far both are holding up to Southeast USA summer heat. This has a a 7mm radius for the sunglass area. I also have a 6mm radius I will upload for glasses with narrower arms.
This is a REMIX of “standard_glasses_clip_40mm.stl”.. which I cannot track down. I will update once I find it to give proper credit.
