Prints without support. Tolerance are quite large to allow the core to go through with minimal friction. The “pin” is quite tight. Rimming the whole with a 7mm drill bit might help.

Fun toy to play with. When assembled it spins quite well.
If you seek the best spinning performances for the core by itself and take on the challenge of launching through the launcher, then printing the outer part of the core with 100% infill is a good idea. Easily done via a modifier:![]()
