qtip dispenser

this is a qtip revolver that dispenses 5 qips by moving a plunger back to revolve the cylinder half way, the on the way forward it pushes out a qtip.

load qtips from the front. with the plunger forward insert a qtip all the way in. that will push the plunger out part way. np. , then push the plunger all the way back and then all the way forward. ready for the next qtip
