M12 Detail Sander Sandpaper Cutting Jig

Upgrade your Milwaukee M12 Detail Sander with this 3D printed sandpaper cutting jig, designed to save time and cut costs. This works with the M12 Orbital Detail Sander (2531-20) and allows you to cut standard 6" hook and loop sandpaper sheets into perfectly sized sheets for your sander—eliminating the need for the expensive Milwaukee branded sheets. You can also use 5" disks but will only be able to fit one sheet on each disk.

This design has two slots down the middle which allow you to partially cut the two sheets apart. Once done using the jig, simply cut the 3/4" web between two sheets! Other designs you can buy, make you freehand cut the two sheets in half down the center.
