For use with older Velux windows with the ventilation slot in the top without the self regulating airflow. This way you can close the main window and exhaust via the ventilation slot. I hooked up my painting booth and printer to this exhaust!
The vent is comprised of parts that slot into each other. Where Exhaust is installed on the “outside” of the window and the Base can be slotted into it from the inside. Here you can attach the base to the 100mm/4 Inch exhaust duct. Or choose for a magnetic coupler.

As remarked by @lochej_2068433. The design does taper down to a smaller exit, causing a restriction in airflow. So ample static fan pressure is advised. Appliances like 3d printers are not designed to exhaust through ducting, so a Inline fan is advised in some cases.
Printing settings
I recommend printing this solid, so bump up the walls.
Also due to the connection between the parts, the Exhaust is required to be printed with supports.

The Exhaust is used for both versions. Choose if you want to use magnets and get the files from the appropriate folder.
I used PLA for now, but i can see PETG being a better choice.
Installation
The Exhaust part needs to be installed from the outside. There is a lip that should help wedge it in the slot.

The Base part is then added from the inside. Match it up with the exhaust, it helps to reach out and sandwich them together. Your done if you chose to attach the duct to the Base.

Duct coupler is to be fitted with magnets and is used with the Magnetic Base. Used 6x2mm Magnets, made the holes a bit oversized so some super glue is recommended.
Attach Duct Coupler to the duct with a zip-tie or a fancy clamp.
Usage
I like to leave both the exhaust and the base in the window and have the exhaust duct attached to a magnetic coupler. I have both versions available. Magnets man how do they work?!
You can remove the Base and close the window fully leaving the exhaust in. This is not interfering with closing the window in my case.
