Handheld Sewing machine (Hand Stitch) Fix

For me, the middle gear connecting to the cam did not move far enough down. So I redesigned the middle gear, try it if your handheld sewing machine stops working.

Print at 45 degrees or it will break (PLA).

Just open the machine up and replace the cam gear (some fiddling is required due to the angled gear shaft)
