Callaway Standbag Foot Hinge

Had a friend request me a fix for his golf bag. And might as well share it for others to use.

This one is specifically for the previous generation Callaway Fairway C Hyper Dry bag (2022). But i see most of the bag use the same mechanism.

Please be mindful of the sides as the left and right do differ from each other. The one displayed in the included picture is the LEFT HINGE.

Print Instructions

Place the models on the side with the 2 holes pointing up.

There is bridging for the internal hole where the pole inserted. I opted here for a octagon shape for better printing on it's side.

Print Settings

Infill: 20% Gyroid/Crosshatch

Perimeter/Walls: 5+

Layer Height: Printed on 0.28 with 0.4 nozzle

Filament: Strongly recommend PETG or ABS/ASA (not tried but bridging is minimal)
