After #GPN23 I was in need to remove the wrist band without any damage and came up with this idea of two little sliders: The Bändlbefreier

How to print

Print at least two of them for band removal. I used a layer height of 0.15 mm, 0.2 should work as well.

How to use

After printing, slide them into the wrist band holder for each side (like in the pictures), so that they are flush and are blocking the spikes inside the holder to block the fabric.

Then grab the ends of the sliders and slide them and the holder away from your wrist.

You are now “Bändl befreit” or can loosen it at least.
