Tiffen Thick 4x4 inch to 100mm Filter Adapter

Adapter to mount the thick Tiffen 4x4 inch filters on a standard 100mm filter holders, like my Haida M10-II. It works by mounting the filter in front slot of a normal holder, using the front filter slot to hold it. 

The Tiffen filters are a true 4x4 inch, or ~101.6mm, and very thick at ~4.3mm (1/6 inch?). The standard 100mm filter size thickness is 2mm. These filter were made for a special Tiffen filter holder.

I went through several iterations that were just too tight after printing, partly because layers shifted a tiny bit when printing in Bambu PETG HF on my A1. In the end I made the fit a bit loose to allow easy insertion of the glass plate and added a thin spacer to take up the slack.

This needs to be printed upright, with painted tree supports for the top bar, as added in the OrcaSlicer 3MF file.
