Inland Reusable Filament Spool

Created this to minimize filament and shorten print time.  Can be used on rack or roller style spool holders.  There are 2 versions of the inner part.  One version has a location for a label.  I typically place the labels on the inside of the spool since I use a roller style spool holder.
