[UPDATE: FINAL VERSION, with instructions]]
There's now a PDF with detailed instructions (including lots of pictures) that you can download. Please look into it and you'll see how easy this is to assemble.
Note that the OpenSCAD file is also provided!
This Prusa Core ONE upgrade:
All the parts can be printed on a Core ONE or MK4S: you have to angle them, and it takes multiple buildplates. And XL can do it all in one go, and and XL 3MF files is provided to show the proper print orientation of the parts. Also a CoreOne 3MF of just the parts for the vent gate mechanism is provided.
No supports or brims are needed, but some parts have “mouse ears” to fight warping that you need to trim off. It's super easy to do though.
The original acrylic (?) top is used, but you can just close the vent on it and fuggetaboudit.
With vents open printing PETG, chamber got to 38C from 28C ambient.
With vents closed printing ASA, chamber got to 65C from 28 ambient.
I'll get detailed assembly instructions up this weekend, along with MK4S/CoreONE build plate arrangements as 3MF.
The parts fit together without glue, the only additional hardware you need are the magnets (I use 9.5x1.8mm) and 3x8mm screws to attach the original acrylic top to the frame. Printing was on a 0.4 nozzle, 0.20 layers height, 3 perimeters, 15% Gyroid infill.
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
