Klask v2 all my enhancements

As per my original box. I have now changed the internal layout so that the two player pieces is separate and less prone to pop out when the magnets don't align.  I've added holes for 6 x 3mm magnets in the lid. 

I've redesigned the biscuit (obstacle) for a 4 x 1mm magnet as it seems to work better. You can pause the print and insert the magnet. 

New scoring disk - also listed elsewhere, just added here for convenience.  I like my new scoring disks so much, I put the originals in storage. Print in two colors if you can, but it is embossed, so easy for single color print as well.

To print:

Orient the box to print with the “fin” edge at the bottom. Break of the fin after printing. The box has a slight angle at one corner. It is there for sticking better to the bed without any further support or brim. The brim for the fin is included in the design. Do not add a brim unless you really want to!

 If you decide to print the box laying flat, you will need supports under the edge.

In most slicers, you should be able to select individual components to color the letters. In Orca slicer, just use look at “By object” and change color or delete as you require. The lid is designed to lay with the letters on the build plate. I color the letter first, then flip it over to lay flat on the letters. Delete the individual objects to have an engraved lettering. You could try and print the letters in another color on a separate plate, but I doubt it will fit in the grooves.

Print @: 

• 0.2mm layer height
• 15% grid infill
• 4 outer layers
• 4 walls with 0.4mm nozzle

I've added holes for a 6mm magnet in the lid. Used “dimples” in the lid to hold better. The inside layout is altered so that the magnetic pieces don't lie next to each other.
