A hand controller for Dance Dance Revolution and related games! Included files are for the case and the divider. It uses 50mm arcade buttons for the directions and 30mm buttons for everything else.
PARTS REQUIRED:
The build is pretty straightforward-
1. Screw the body pieces together and then use the nuts to lock them together. The divider is just for aesthetic and isn't required, but slot them in the center before if you want it.
2. Heat up the brass inserts and press them into the side screw holes so you can assemble it together.
3. You can screw in the front panels now. Be slow when tightening in the face screws, the holes are small, and it can generate enough heat to dislodge your brass insert.
4. Place in your divider top. Use some adhesive, gloop, or super glue to hold it in place. Double sided tape would work best
5. Wiring is dependent on your board. I have mine wired to be A/B/X/Y and L/R/L2/R2 on my 50mm face buttons, directions on the 30mm face buttons, then start/select/home on the bottom 30mm buttons, with one last extra button for whatever you want. (Note that GP-2040 won't let you press Up/Down or Left/Right at the same time by default)
