This toy is fully 3d printed and features quite simple yet perfectly working suspension. You can even print your own bearings for wheels if you want. Those bearings however are compatible with 625Z bearings (16x5x5 mm).
Print chasis
Add panels for wheel arms

And there you go

No supports. Several parts are presupported.
Therefore stick with 0.2mm layer
Tires need to be printed from Flex filament. I did mine with Fiberology 40D and it's fantastic - easy to print - just set speed to 30 - 40 mm/s
PETG is prefered for suspension springs at least.
BOM: 4x ball bearing 16x5x5 (625Z) - i've stolen them from old 3d printer linear rails. However you can also print them (model included) Printed ones are not that good but... Until you have regular ones they will work.
Here is assembly guide video. I'm joining parts together using small piece of 1.75 filament. Use superglue for light inserts.
