Metabo MFT MWB 100 - magnetic corner holder

Some weeks ago I got my new multi function table Metabo MFT MWB 100 and I kind of like it so far, because it is stable and well thought through - except for 2 little parts. The 2 triangle corner parts where you can connect more than 1 of these tables together with are not really able to store without loosing them directly… 

Because I am not sure yet if I don't want to get a 2nd one of these tables yet I did not want to throw these 2 corner pieces away or store them somewhere where I will never find them again anyway I though how I could store them at the table to have them on hand when I need them in the future…

The simplest solution was for me to add the shown magnetic corner holder which sticks the 2 corners to one of the green leg parts without interference of the rest of the tables function.

Just add 5 pieces of 6x3mm magnets after the print, add the 2 corners into the printed part and attach it to the inside of the green table part… Done =)

With the help of the 2 round holes in the front you can see if the corners are stored inside and you can use the holes to easily remove the holder from the table. 

Adding the fuzzy skin option in Prusa Slicer helped to be able to remove the part more easily too from the table. 

Parts needed:

• 5x 6x3mm magnets (Ø6mm, thickness 3mm)
• 1x MFT table Metabo MFT MWB 100 

Printing instructions:

• 0.2 speed profile.
• No supports needed.
• To get the texts in a different color add a color change to the part after 1mm print height and after about 2mm again to the desired color. 
• Fuzzy skin paint on option used too to give it a little more grip to be removed.
