For most functional printed screws, PETG offers the best balance between printability, strength, and durability. It is less brittle than PLA and easier to print than ABS or Nylon, making it ideal for threads that will be used repeatedly or under moderate stress. If you need maximum strength and your setup allows, Nylon or ABS are excellent alternatives. However, you will need an enclosure for printing with Nylon or ABS.
I’m really happy to see your makes and hear your feedback on these screws.
