Edge / corner protection, different sizes - to protect from injury and the edge/corner from damaging.

This is a simple two-part edge/corner protection to protect against injuries, damage to property and to protect the edge/corner from damage.

Sizes

Different sizes available. It's possible to adjust the FreeCAD model to your needs.

Printing

Print two parts for one edge/corner.
PETG recommended, Nozzle 0.4 mm, Layer height 0.2 mm (or variable layer height).
2 Wall loops, 3 bottom and top layers, infill 10 %. If bed adhesion is good, no brim is needed, even on bigger sizes (bigger ratio height/bottom area sticking on the bed).

Usage

Press the two parts together. If the gap is too large after pressing them together, you can use a hammer to gently tap the parts together.

If the protection on the edge is too loose, you can either use double-sided adhesive tape or a small amount of glue (no super glue recommended).
