電池誤飲防止のためにねじ止めしたい場合には、2.6mmタッピングねじを用意してください。

以下、プリント上の設定です。詳細は、Prusaslicerで3mfファイルを開いてみてもらうと理解されると思います。

透明部分：

PETG使用、ノズルは0.4mmです。

デフォルトの設定から変えた部分

• Vaseモードでプリント
• 積層ピッチは、高さ1~1.45mm：0.15mm、それ以外：0.25mm（理由は、傾斜の厳しい部分に穴が開かないように、そうでないところでの吐出過多を避けることで焦げを防ぐ）
• デフォルトの射出幅は0.9mm（境界線を１としているので、上部になるように0.9mmとしています）
• 外周をまたがないようにする：選択しない

ベース部分：

PLA使用、ノズルは0.4mmです

デフォルトの設定でプリントできると思います。

To secure the parts and prevent accidental battery ingestion, prepare a 2.6 mm tapping screw.

Below are the printing settings. For more detail, please open the .3mf file in PrusaSlicer.

Transparent Part:

Material: PETG

Nozzle size: 0.4 mm

Custom settings:

Printed in vase mode

Layer height:

0.15 mm for areas between 1–1.45 mm in height, 0.25 mm for other areas
Reason: to avoid holes in steep overhangs and prevent overheating due to over-extrusion in less sloped regions

Default extrusion width: 0.9 mm
This is set so that the single perimeter becomes the outer wall

Avoid crossing perimeters: Unchecked

Base Part:

Material: PLA

Nozzle size: 0.4 mm

Default settings should work fine for printing.
