I initially attempted to mount a Monstrum Picatinny Side Saddle to the pic rail of my Benelli Nova 3, but found that it was sitting so high it was obstructing a significant portion of the view through the ghost ring sights.

So what I've basically done here is reused the plastic shell loop part from the Monstrum side saddle and instead screwed that to this 3D printed part which screws directly into the two rear screw holes in the Nova 3 receiver instead.  The stock bolts from Benelli are reused.

3D printing this on a standard FDM printer is somewhat problematic.  You can make it work but for strength you should print it at a specific angle so that doesn't simply snap off with any sort of impact.  It's best to print this with SLS Nylon or similar if you want something for long term duty use.

I realize this is probably not practical for most people given the Monstrum side saddle itself is $40 to begin with already, but I'm just sharing a model in case it's useful for anyone.  If someone can design the shell saddle part one could potentially make this a fully 3d printable design.
