I made this quick brace to keep my family member's Shokz usable. They ended up breaking just at the joint between the neck band and then electronics behind the ear like a lot of these units do. However, his broke just weeks after the warranty ended so hopefully this will hold him over to a new pair.
I designed this in just a couple of minutes and have no promises that it will help your pair, but I figured I would post it here in the case someone is in a similar situation and wanted to give it a try. The holes for the small screws are 1.3mm in diameter, so find a short set of screws just above that at 1.4mm or something similar. Knowing what I do now, I would make this fully 3d-printed and clipping into place, but at the time I wanted to test different variations easily, so that's why I secured the brace with screws.
I made a small short about it if you want to check it out (it was one of the first shorts I tried to make, sorry if it is tough to watch haha)
Good luck and happy printing!
