Updates

  • 2025-06-25: The models now indicate their capacity in volume (cm³) rather than weight (g).

Available sizes

This scoop is available in multiple sizes based on the food volume in cm³. Keep in mind that kibble density varies between brands and products. Choose the one that best suits your needs.

If the size you need isn’t available, feel free to request it in the comments. The design is fully parametric, and new sizes can be generated within a few days.

FAQ

How much should my dog eat daily?

To determine how much food your dog should eat daily, consider their weight, activity level, age, and type of food. Here are general guidelines for dry food (in grams):

  • Small dogs (1-5 kg): 40-120 g of food daily
  • Medium dogs (10-20 kg): 200-400 g of food daily
  • Large dogs (25-40 kg): 400-600 g of food daily
  • Very large dogs (over 40 kg): 600-1000 g of food daily

These amounts can vary, especially if your dog is very active or sedentary. Puppies and young dogs generally require more food compared to adults. Additionally, some brands provide specific feeding recommendations based on their formulas, so it's important to follow those guidelines when available.

Always monitor your dog's weight and health to ensure they are receiving the appropriate amount of food.

How do I determine my pet's kibble volume?

The amount of food your pet consumes is calculated in grams, but the scoops are sized in cm³ (cubic centimeters). This is because different brands of kibble have different densities, meaning the weight of the food can vary even if the volume is the same. The following steps will help you determine the volume of your pet’s kibble, so you can match it with the correct scoop size.

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Get a container: Use any small container or measuring cup. If possible, choose a transparent container for better visibility. If it's a measuring cup that shows capacity in ml, you can use it directly since 1 ml is equivalent to 1 cm³.
  2. Tare the container: Place the empty container on a scale and set it to zero (tare it).
  3. Weigh the kibble: Add kibble to the container until you reach the desired weight in grams.
  4. Mark the level: Once the container has the correct amount of kibble, mark the level on the container using a marker or sticker.
  5. Remove the kibble: Take the kibble out of the container and set it aside.
  6. Add water: Fill the container with water up to the marked level.
  7. Weigh the water: Weigh the water in the container. The weight in grams is the equivalent volume in cm³.
