Have you ever wanted something to be connected together semi permanently while still being easy to take apart without having to worry about your items coming apart? Well here is the solution to you; a carabiner that interlocks using herringbones that make it so that it can only come apart in one direction, but this is not an issue as you can insert a locking lug that will completely secure the clip. It also has a pair of notches to prevent the lug from accidentally coming out of place. This model has been designed to link together almost seamlessly. Additionally there is a small "wrench" that can interface with the 6mm hex hole to assist in locking and unlocking the lug. This carabiner is very strong, I have tested it by having it hold up my entire backpack complete with two laptops + chargers, and a full 32 fl oz water bottle. While I cannot give a solid answer on the limits of this design, I would not go rock climbing with it for example, but it seems plenty strong for almost anything under 30lbs (~13kg). Let me know what you think! (I do not condone using this for any use case that could cause harm to any person, I am not responsible for any injuries or damages incurred by the use of this model. Use at your own risk. It is unfortunate that I have to include this, but I am not in the position for a lawsuit.)
Update 6/16/25:
I have added an updated version of the locking lug to make it easier to operate it by hand without the need for a wrench
