A custom 3D printable mounting system for 3.5" hard drives. This bracket attaches to the sides of the HDD using standard screws and allows for modular, vertical stacking of multiple drives. You'll need two parts per drive – a left and a right bracket – which are symmetrical and easy to print.
I printed the parts vertically with a small brim for better adhesion. On a Prusa Mini, each piece takes approximately 1 hour to print. The model is designed for PLA, but should work fine with other materials like PETG or ABS.
In the future, I plan to design an optional mount that can attach this stack into a PC case, for example using 120mm fan mounting slots or similar.
