LDO Leviathan with Expander Kooler

his project consists of two key components:

1. MCU Mount for DIN Rail

Designed for DIN rail mounting, ensuring easy access to the Raspberry Pi mounting holes. 

The “LDO Leviathan MCU and Expander PCI Edition” features PCI-style slots, giving it a retro Nvidia GPU aesthetic—printing the accents in silver enhances this visual effect for added fun.

2. The KOOLER

To effectively cool the TMC5160 drivers embedded in the board, I designed a cooling cover that significantly improves thermal management. The KOOLER ensures stable operation and extends the longevity of the stepper drivers.

NOTE: The KOOLER is dual print capable and single print capable, screenshot attached.

Orca slicer will pick up the letters for dual color option.
