O-Ring Rambase for T3/C3/v3 bar blasters

No shock pad? No problem! 

This rambase for a TC3/C3 (if anyone still uses them) mimics the face of the plunger head, using the same o-rings for cushioning. This should also be compatible with any other pump action blaster using “v3” bars, either talon claw or caliburn length. Future “v4” blasters do this, so it was clearly a good idea.
