Ultimate Cereal Container Filament Drybox - Respin_061425

This is a respin of GunplaMark’s very nice drybox design. I wanted to be able to stack the boxes with better stability though, so I patched the top corner brackets into a single piece, and adjusted geometry to provide a perfect fit when stacking.  It also changes the hygrometer to a large analog one that you can find on AliExpress. I like these analog hygrometers because it has a slotted screw on the back side that allows me to do a single-point calibration at near 0% humidity. To calibrate I just place the hygrometer in a large bag of fresh dessicant for a day, then turn the screw to calibrate to 0%. Of course the sensor’s gain and linearity is probably not that good, but not near as bad as the garbage information those digital sensor provide at low humidity levels.

cap_top_v7:  Patched the corner brackets together, then scaled and adjusted so that the lid of another drybox will sit properly.  This way 2 or 3 dryboxes can be stacked with better stability

carriage-l_x4_v2, carriage-r_x4_v2:  made V-grooves deeper for stronger attachment, extruded 0.04” to accommodate shims that will space the bearings approx 0.5mm away from walls so they don’t rub

corner_bracket_v1: changed nut cavity into normal hole to accommodate 4-40x1/8”x4.6mm threaded insert (ZWMSSLL brand)

hole_jig_v2:  Dropped the hole down about 135 mils to help move the edge of the hygrometer away from the filament
