I needed a better way to store my bobbin with the matching thread so I designed this part to slip over the thread post so I can store my bobbin along with the thread. This is the first model I have made! Both the top and bottom post are hollow so its a pretty quick print.
I have only tested with my newer bernina bobbins and the thread spool still fits over the post as long as it is auriful, wonderfil, or similar. It does not work with my “dual duty” thread spools. Let me know if this works for your bobbins/thread and I can share those brands so others know.
