The main feature is a card wallet integrated in the phone case.
It does fit four cards.
You access them by pressing a push handle at the side of the wallet which will fan out the cards.
I recommend adding a 2x30mm compression spring into the push handle. At this moment the mechanism is not designed to be pushed back by the cards!
For your shopping card need i added a coin holder. It is designed to hold a 1€ coin, 50 cents does fit too.
It is spring locked so you don't loose the coin but can easily access it.
I successfully printed everything on my Prusa Mk4 out of PLA with a .4mm nozzle and .1mm layer height.
The printer needs to be properly calibrated!
The tolerances are quite tight to reduce any wiggle and i do not recommend using brims except for the CardMag which i recommend using one for.
If you are not sure about your printer print Box, Pusher, Lever and Connector first. They print fast and are the most crucial parts in terms of tolerance.
The .3mf file does include all parts in their intended printing orientation and special (support) settings.
The cardMag can be printed with variable layer height to reduce print time.
Only the Pusher and the Backcover need support. And the Pusher primarily for additional bed adhesion.
Remove all the support.
Start by dropping the Lever on its pin at the top of Box.
Insert the 2x30mm compression spring in the underside of the Pusher.
Drop Pusher with the spring over the wedge in the lower slot of Box.![]()
Then push Pusher inside Box until you can connect Lever and Pusher using Connector (yes i am very creative with my part names :D)
At this point carefully test if everything is moving freely when you push Pusher. If you want you can add some lubricant on the moving parts at this point.
Now you can insert the assembled mechanism inside CardMag. Like with Pusher and Box there is a rail to guide both parts together and here i added a little retention system to snap both parts together.
With everything together you can put the wallet aside because the coin holder needs to be added to the cover first.
Loosen the coin holders spring mechanism using a pair of pliers before you slide it onto the rails at the bottom of Backcover.

Then slide the wallet onto the other rails.
You probably want to add a little bit of glue to the rails. I plan to add some kind of locking mechanism to the rails to remove the need for glue in the future.
I left the original space for the magnets but they wont help you much with everything in front.
Screw the cover to your phone using the original screws and enjoy!
The author remixed this model.
added a mounting system for a coin holder and a card wallet.
Coin holder and card spreader are my original design.
