Yin Yang Extruder Visualiser for Ender 3 v3 KE

Visualiser is made of two interlocking parts to be printed separate in two different colors. I print it in PLA with layer high 0.20mm with little support. You have to make hole in orginal hotend shell to have acces to extruder rotating screw, to have idea where that hole suppose to be placed and to cover the hole that you made you can use  Ender 3 v3 KE Custom Front Panel with hole for extruder visualiser. https://www.printables.com/model/1284345-ender-3-v3-ke-custom-front-panel-with-hole-for-ext  To install the visualizer on the screw, it is best to have the printer turned off, insert visualiser into the hole and gently rotate it to feel the screw slot and gently press it in. When it is properly installed, you should be able to rotate the extruder with it.
